2023 In Review – Cycling

2023 was yet another year of setbacks and lack of motivation.

In late 2022 I injured my back and hip and at times experienced acute pain and lack of mobility.

My goal for 2023 was to get outside and do something, be it, ride, swim walk around or hike.

As with last year, here is 2023 by the numbers.
